1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Thhebati mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Thhebati is a gold and silver price tracking application for the Kuwait market. The App provides:
- Live gold and silver prices in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and other GCC currencies
- Gold and silver calculator with making charge breakdown
- Zakat calculator for gold and silver holdings
- Price history charts
- Price alert notifications
- Gold piece comparison across shops (requires account)
- Treasure box for tracking gold investments (requires account)
- Gold shop directory and advertising
3. Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice
Important: All prices displayed in Thhebati are indicative and for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Gold prices are sourced from third-party providers and may differ from actual market prices at your local gold shop. Always verify prices with your gold dealer before making any purchase or sale.
4. User Accounts
- Some features (Compare, Treasure Box) require a free account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
5. Gold Shop Listings
- Shop owners may list their business in the App for a fee
- Listing fees are processed via MyFatoorah and are non-refundable once the listing is activated
- We reserve the right to remove listings that contain false or misleading information
- Listing in Thhebati does not constitute an endorsement by Barmjni Solutions
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any photos, notes, or data you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it within the App for the purpose of providing the service to you.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated tools to scrape prices or data from the App
- Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates third-party rights
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barmjni Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses resulting from reliance on price data displayed in the App.
9. Price Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and timely gold price data, we cannot guarantee:
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price data
- Uninterrupted access to live prices
- That prices shown match those at any specific gold shop
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuwait.
